Hunter Zolomon is the secondary antagonist of the CW's The Flash . He is the main antagonist of Season 2, the overarching antagonist of Season 3 and a minor antagonist in Seasons 5 and 9, as well as the overarching antagonist in Season 2 of its 2016 spin-off series DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
He is secretly the supervillain Zoom , a speedster serial killer from Earth-2 who wants to be the only speedster in the Arrow Multiverse. He stole the identity of Jay Garrick of Earth-3, and posed as his universe's version as The Flash to instill hope among Earth-2's residence only to tear down people's beliefs as his supervillain identity. He plots to steal The Flash's speed in order to cure himself of his illness.
