Yelena Belova is a major character in the Multiverse Saga of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, serving as the deuteragonist of the 2021 film Black Widow , a major antagonist in the Disney+ series, Hawkeye and the main protagonist of the 2025 film Thunderbolts*. She is the adoptive sister of Natasha Romanoff who went through the Black Widow program in the Red Room, also calling herself Black Widow. In 2016, she was reunited with her sister and adoptive parents in stopping the Black Widow program altogether. After Natasha's death, Yelena is misinformed by contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine that Hawkeye is the man responsible for her sister's demise and swears revenge on him.
Yelena is portrayed by Florence Pugh while her younger self is portrayed by Violet McGraw.
