Wanda Venus Fairywinkle-Cosma is one of the two deuteragonists of the television series, Fairly OddParents. She is Cosmo's wife, mother of Poof, as and the fairy godmother of Timmy Turner and, later, Chloe Carmichael. Of the two, Wanda is the intelligent and responsible fairy godmother who implores Timmy to make the most reasonable and responsible wishes, serving as the voice of reason.
