Wallace Rudolph "Wally" West is a character in the Arrowverse, debuting in The Flash . He is the son of Joe and Francine West, younger brother to Iris West and the Adoptive brother/brother-in-law to Barry Allen , and uncle to Iris West-Allen and Bart Allen. In an alternate timeline, he has super speed, becoming the speedster Kid Flash . He was given his super speed back by the supervillain Alchemy (Julian Albert) from the Flashpoint timeline.
Wally is a composite character of both Kid Flashes (Wally West and his cousin, Wallace R. "Ace" West), Daniel West

Wally is an expert at the game Ms. Pac-Man . Both Wally and Roy have similar relationships with Barry and Oliver. Ironically, both characters have been very close friends since their days as members of the same team.
They are the younger counterpart of the hero (Kid Flash / The Flash and Arsenal / Green Arrow)
They later become grateful towards the hero after they saved their lives.

Wally becomes Kid Flash due to Julian granting him his powers from flashpoint and Barry decided to train him.
Roy learns the skills to fight crime and learn archery skills from Oliver.
