“Once I imagined -- perhaps hoped that in some way I was Simon Williams! I AM NOT! What difference if I have the same brain waves! I AM UNIQUE! I am THE VISION -- ! And thus... I am content! ”
―Vision.
The Vision is a superhero in a major character in the Marvel Comics. He is a synthezoid who was created by Ultron.
Originally said to be the evil Android's "son" meant to defeat The Avengers, he turned on his creator and became an official member of the team. All the way he also fell in love with Wanda Maximoff, better known as the Scarlet Witch. He debuted in The Avengers #57 (published in August 1968, with a cover date of October 1968) and was created by Roy Thomas and John Buscema.
He has also been a member of the West Coast Avengers, Avengers AI, The Defenders, the Mighty Avengers and New Avengers.
