Vinda Rosier is the secondary antagonist of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald and the sequel, The Secrets of Dumbledore. She is the loyal lieutenant of Gellert Grindelwald's acolytes and his main Lieutenant.
Rosier is also responsible for seducing Queenie Goldstein to join Grindelwald's army. However, this ultimately fails when Queenie turns to the side of good once more and marries Jacob regardless.
