Victor Stein is a supporting character and antagonist in the Hulu web series Marvel's Runaways. He was a genius engineer, inventor, the founder and CEO of Nemo. He was a member of the PRIDE, the husband of the late Janet Stein and the father of Chase Stein, both of whom he abused. He later became aware of Robert Minoru and Janet Stein's affair, causing Janet to snap and shoot him. Due to his brain tumor, Stein was possessed by the leader of the Gibborim, Jonah.
He was portrayed by James Marsters, who played Spike in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Brainiac in the CW's Smallville.
