Victoire Weasley is the eldest child and daughter of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour and the sister of Dominique and Louis Weasley. She was born May 2, the anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts and thus, was given the name Victoire, which means "victory" in French, referring to how victorious her parents and their forces winning against Lord Voldemort.
She is one-eighth Veela based on her maternal great-grandmother was full Veela, her grandmother, Apolline Delacour, was half and her mother was quarter. Victoire was considered a beauty due to the maternal ancestry. She is also currently in a romantic relationship with Teddy Lupin.
