Vandar Adg of the Blood Tribe, more widely known as Vandal Savage, is and immortal super villain and one of the three main antagonists of the Justice League franchise in DC Comics, alongside Darkseid and Anti-Monitor. He is one of the most dangerous enemies of the Justice League, as well as the ancestor of Roy Harper (better known as the vigilante Arsenal on New Earth, though Roy isn't aware of it.  He is an immortal being from encountering a meteor that gave him his everlasting life and abilities.

He is a minor antagonist in the 7th season of Smallville. He has appeared as a major antagonist of the Arrowverse, being the main antagonist of the Arrow/The Flash crossover Heroes Join Forces and the first season of DC's Legends of Tomorrow. He has also been a supporting antagonist in the animated series Justice League and the main antagonist of the animated HBO Max series Young Justice.
