Valka Haddock is one of the two overarching protagonists of the 2025 live-action remake of the How to Train Your Dragon film series. She was the chieftess of Berk, the wife of Stoick the Vast and the mother of Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III .

• Unlike the original film, Valka is mentioned more than once. Her "death" is the reason for Stoick's vendetta against the dragons and his p;rotectiveness of their son.
