Contrary to popular belief, Val is a subversion of a "mean girl.' She is actually quite forgiving of Riley from her previous behavior and is not bothered by Riley's friends.

Valentina is a teenage girl with long wavy black hair highlights with red streaks. She wears a golden necklace with her name at the front, gold earrings in both of her lower and upper right ears. Her average clothes are baggy, blue, long-sleeved, unevenly rolled up shirt off her right shoulder, with her left shoulder exposing only the strap of her a black tank top underneath, long black pants, grey, black, white, and pink tennis shoes as well as red eyeshadow.
At hockey camp, she wears a jersey uniform with her hair tied in a low ponytail as well as no makeup.
