UrTih was the Mystic counterpart of SkekTek and a character in the 1982 film, The Dark Crystal.
He and his counterpart parished before they could be reunited due to the Gelfling Kira commanding animals to fight SkekTek and causing him to fall down the shaft beneath the Dark Crystal.
He is voiced by Toby Philpott.
