Ugga Crood is the matriarch of the Crood Family and a major character in The Croods franchise. She is the wife of Grug, the mother of Eep, Thunk, and Sandy and the best friend of Hope Betterman.

Unlike her husband, she is more open-minded than he is and understands her eldest daughter's desire to leave the cave and learns to break away from tradition, sometimes standing up to her husband in order to do so.
