Tulip Jones (better known as Mrs. Jones) is a main character in the Alex Rider book series by Anthony Horowitz.
She is Alan Blunt's second-in-command and on some occasion, Alex's handler. In the pastz she also helped John Rider fake his own death and Jones knows the true circumstances of John and Helen's deaths. She is also the one who is reluctant to send Alex into missions moreso than Blunt does. It is later revealed that Mrs. Jones has two children, likely giving her the reason for her soft spot for Alex
In the film adaptation she is portrayed by Sophie Okonedo. In the TV adaptation she is portrayed by Vicky McClure.
