Family[]
Jake Sully[]
Parents
Tuk loves her father quite well, being the youngest in the family and always attentive and affectionate with them. Jake and Neytiri are also a role model for her during her youth, she can be brave and reckless like her father, but also sensitive to her surroundings and daring like her mother.
When Kiri and Tuk were captured by Quaritch in the third act, Jake yells at Lo'ak when he learns that his daughters are being held hostage. He goes to rescue her and Tuktirey. When the boat was sinking, Jake panicked when his youngest daughter was swept away.
Neytiri[]
Tuk loves her mother very much, being the youngest in the family, she is always attentive and affectionate with her. Neytiri is a role model for Tuk during her youth. While she can be brave and reckless like her father, she is also sensitive to her surroundings and daring like her mother.
Neteyam[]
Neteyam frees his sister from her bonds.
Older brother
Tuk has a lot of respect for Neteyam because he is her older, protective brother who sometimes feels like a dad. He was carrying Tuk in the deeper water when Ao'nung was showing them the ilu. After the Skirmish at the Three Brothers, Tuk was weeping over her dead brother, clutching his left arm with both hands.
Kiri[]
Adoptive older sister
Tuk and Kiri have a very good sisterly relationship. Due to her age, Kiri plays the role of Tuk's teacher and guide, teaching her, among other things, how to honor a deceased animal. Kiri is also responsible for taking care of her younger sister when her parents are busy. Kiri sometimes calls her sister "Tuk-Tuk".
Lo'ak[]
Lo'ak often does not bring Tuk when he adventures into the world because he is protective of her. They often tease each other as seen when Lo’ak mimicked her for saying she would tell her mom if her older siblings wouldn’t let her come along with them. Despite this, they still love and care for each other as siblings; in The High Ground, Lo'ak can be seen holding Tuk's hand even though it's not necessary. When Lo'ak was offended when no one seemed to believe his claims about Payakan and he said no one was listening, Tuk made sure to say, "Lo'ak, I'm listening!"
During the final act of the second film, Lo'ak accidentally gets himself, his sister and Tsireya captured by RDA soldiers when trying to rescue Payakan. Since Neteyam died at the Three Brothers, Lo'ak is often told to protect his sisters. However, during the Mangkwan's attack on the Wind Traders, he abandons his post and gives his bow and arrow to Spider to protect Kiri and Tuk.
Spider[]
Tuktirey grew up alongside Spider, and considered him to be another brother since they grew up around each other. Unlike her mother Neytiri, Tuk and her sibling didn't care if Spider was human or Quaritch's son. In The High Ground, Tuk, Kiri and Lo'ak all chase after Spider, trying to save him. However they end upping captured by Spider's former adopted father. At High Camp, Tuk ran to Spider and Kiri in excitement that the raiding party was coming back. Spider also wondered why they had to bring Tuk along, naturally due to her young age or sometimes, Tuk acted as an annoying younger sibling.
In Fire and Ash trailers, Spider is seen protecting Kiri throughout their entire ordeal, first being attacked by the Mangkwan Clan when being transported back to High Camp, and when they were stranded in the forest. Tuk, lo'ak and Kiri also show concern for him when his mask isi destroyed.
Mo'at[]
Allies[]
Max Patel[]
The kids seem to have a good relationship with Jake's human friends, Max and Norm.
Tsireya[]
Tsireya formed a strong bond with the Sully children, Neteyam, Lo'ak and Tuk in particular. As she took pleasure in helping the Sully fit in Tsireya was aware of Tuk trying to adapt to a oceanic environment. Like her sister, Tuk adapted well to life at sea and soon became a true Metkayina Clan member. Tsireya is protective of Tuk and acts as an older sister figure. When the girls were captured alongside Lo'ak, they were terrified. Though eventually freed by Neteyam, Tuk insisted that they had to rescue Kiri, but Tsireya tried convincing her not to. Though Tuk didn't listen, Tsireya and Tuk went back to save Kiri. However, Quaritch caught them. He tossed Reya into the ocean and proceeded to tie Tuktirey again on the railing.
Aonung[]
Aonung never bullied Tuk or Neteyam. After Lo'ak lied for him, Aonung lost all prejudice toward the Sully children and began accepting Tuk and her siblings as his friends.
Ronal[]
While Ronal did shame Tuk and her siblings for being half-human, she didn't shame Tuk or Neteyam due to them having a Na'vi like appearance. Tuk is later seen helping Ronal collect samples while in the ocean.
During her sister's coma, Ronal asked Tuktirey to assist her in bringing her sister.
