The Time-Turner is a magical object/device featured in Harry Potter. They were created by the Ministry of Magic.
Capabilities[]
The Time Turners allowed the user ton travel back in time. The number of times one turned the hourglass corresponded to the number of hours one travelled back in time because of the Hour Reversal Spell encased in them by the Ministry of Magic. However, it could only keep the user in the past for five hours. By 2020, two more Time Turners were created. This time, they were counted as the"true" time-turners: while one prototype only let you stay in the past or future for five minutes while the other was improved and let the user go back to the present whenever they wished.
However they can cause severe consistences for one who meddles in time. Scorpius Malfoy and Albus Potter
