Tiber Saxon is the main antagonist of Star Wars Rebels: Heroes of Mandalore.
Role in the Series[]
After his brother's death, Tiber Saxon became the Governor of Mandalore and was far more ruthless than his brother. He was charged with capturing Sabine Wren when she returned to Mandalore to rescue her father, Alrich Wren. He refined Wren's prototype weapon that she designed while at the Imperial Academy, which targeted Mandalorian armor and vaporized anyone wearing it. He showed the weapon to Thrawn, who realized that he did not have the Duchess to its full power and told him to capture Sabine Wren, as she would be the only one able to fix it. Once he captured Sabine, he planned to force her to finish the weapon and use it to threaten all Mandalorians into submission to his rule.
Though he successfully subdued Sabine and Bo-Katan Kryze, she tricked him by rewiring the weapon's core to target Stormtrooper armor instead of Mandalorian. She then destroyed the weapon with the Darksaber, causing it to overload and explode, killing Saxon in the blast.
