Tiana (Disney)

Tiana is the main protagonist of the 2009 Disney animated film, The Princess and the Frog. She has dreams of opening her own restauraunt in her father's memory. She falls victim under the same curse as Prince Naveen. Tiana is the ninth official Disney Princess and the most recent to originate from a traditionally-animated feature.

Tiana is kind, thoughtful, bold, and hard-working, believing you have to work hard to get through in life and that dreams can come true. Like her father, she never forgot that she had love in her heart, and Mama Odie, she is her "daddy's daughter," and hopes to open up her restaurant. However, when Tiana first meets Prince Naveen, she cannot stand his arrogance or his inability to working. During the journey, she fell in love with him after bringing out a softer side towards him.
