Thurma is the main protagonist of the twelve-part comic series, The Power of the Dark Crystal. She is a fireling from Mithra, a realm that exists underneath the Dark Crystal. She needs a shard to heal her people but unintentionally brings back the Skeksis and the Mystics.She is one of the three Ember Queens and the lover of Kensho.
