Thomas is the main protagonist of The Maze Runner trilogy book series and the film adaptations.

He is one of the survivors of the Flare, an incurable disease, which his mother was a victim. Now he joins the Right Arm and tries to stop WCKD.

Tom was portrayed by Dylan O'Brien, who also portrays Bumblebee in the 2018 films, Joel in Love and Monsters, and Stiles Stilinski from Teen Wolf.

Thomas was born Stephen to an unnamed man and woman. Despite having no complete memory of his original life, it is assumed his mother loved her son very much. Unfortunately, Thomas was orphaned when his mom suffered "The Flare" but for some reason, Thomas wasn't affected.
