Theodore Groves is a supporting character in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.Though an officer of Britain, he is always impressed and respecting towards Jack Sparrow and his escapes despite him being a pirate.
He is portrayed by Greg Ellis, who also voiced Valen Rudor in Star Wars Rebels, Mzingo In The Lion Guard, and Rocket Raccoonfrom The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
