James Jesse, also known as The Trickster, is the secondary antagonist of the CBS's 1990-1991 television series, The Flash.
He is portrayed by Mark Hamill, who also went on to reprise the role of the Trickster on the CW's The Flash and played characters such as Ozai from Avatar: the Last Airbender and THe Joker from the DC Animated Universe.
