The Hoods are the main antagonists of the Season 2 premiere of Arrow, "City of Heroes." They are a group of vigilantes who began terrorizing Star City after the Undertaking in order to avenge the loss of their loved ones.
They adopted Oliver Queen's alias, the Hood, but the difference between the terrorists and the Hood is they lacked Oliver's restraint. Ironically, the group who hunted and hated Oliver worshiped his alter ego.
