Tenzin is one of the two deuteragonists (alongside Mako ) in the Nickelodeon series,The Legend of Korra . He is Aang and Katara's youngest son and the oldest living airbending master. He is also the mentor of Korra , who teaches her about airbending and spirituality.
He lives on Air Temple Island with the Air Acolytes, his wife Pema, and their four children: Jinora , Ikki , Meelo , and Rohan. He was also a member of the United Republic Council as a representative of the Air Nation
