Suyin Beifong is a supporting character in The Legend of Korra. She was the founder and leader of Zaofu, the younger daughter of Toph Beifong, and the younger maternal half-sister of Lin. She is a powerful metalbender, as well as a skilled and nimble dancer. Suyin is happily married to an architect named Baatar, with whom she has five children; she considers family of utmost importance. Suyin was also the woman who mentored Avatar Korra in metalbending.
She was voiced by the late Anne Heche, who also voiced Lois Lane in Superman: Doomsday and portrayed Marion Crane in the 1998 remake of Psycho. As a teenager, she was voiced by Jessie Flower, who also voiced her mother Toph as a child in Avatar: The Last Airbender.
