Sunil Bakshi is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Grant Ward) of Season 2 of the TV series Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. A version of Bakshi appeared as a minor antagonist in Season 4.
He is a high-ranking member of HYDRA, mostly under the leadership of Daniel Whitehall up until his death. He was later kidnapped and brainwashed by Grant Ward, before being accidentally killed by S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Jemma Simmons who attempted to kill Ward. Sunil Bakshi was portrayed by Simon Kassianides.

- Obelisk: Bakshi and his superior, Daniel Whitehall, were very interested in studying the Obelisk.
- Photostatic Veil: Bakshi used the Photostatic Veil to disguise himself as Glenn Talbot.
- Cyanide Pills: Bakshi hada cyanide pill embedded in his cheekbone which he used to try to kill himself while being interrogated. However, his plan didn't work and he was saved.

- Quinjet: Bakshi regularly used a Quinjet to fly around.
Facilities[]
- HYDRA Laboratories: Bakshi oversaw the HYDRA Laboratory, where he tortured Kenneth Turgeon.
- Bloom Estate Winery: After the death of Daniel Whitehall at the hands of Phil Coulson during a S.H.I.E.L.D. attack, Bakshi met with Octavian Bloom to kill the rest of the Heads of YDRA so Bloom can become one. However, he was crossed by Lance Hunter, one of is guards in disguise.
- Arctic HYDRA Research Facility: A brainwashed Bakshi went to the research facility with S.H.I.E.L.D. and Grant Ward. He used his persuasive language to gain entry and subsequently assisted S.H.I.E.L.D. with their tasks. He saved his superior by preventing Jemma Simmons from killing Ward, but died in the process.
