The Stilinskis are one of the most notable families on Teen Wolf It is heavily implied that the Stilinskis have lived in Beacon Hills for quite some time, possibly in the early days of the town. The family is mostly filled with people who were in the army (Elias Stilinski), law enforcement (Stiles) or both (Noah Stilinski).
They are also related to the Gajos family through Noah's marriage to Claudia.

- Elias Stilinski – Noah's abusive father and Stiles' paternal grandfather. He was physically abusive to both his wife and son and later formed dementia.
- Mrs. Stilinski- Noah's mother, ex-wife of Elias and grandmother of Stiles who was abused by her husband. Elias tried hitting his wife, but Noah got in the way. However, he collided with the glass table and some is still lodged in his system. Noah says it was a worthy price because it saved his mom from his dad's wrath.
- Noah Stilinski – Sheriff of beacon County; Stiles' father, Noah's son and Claudia's husband. He also became an ally of the McCall Pack and treats Stiles' best friend, Scott as if he were one of his own.
- Claudia Stilinski- Noah's wife who later died from Frontotemporal dementia.
- Mieczyslaw "Stiles" Stilinski – Claudia and Noah's only son. He was named after his maternal grandfather and nicknamed after his paternal grandfather. Stiles later became an FBI agent and a member of the McCall Pack.
- Mieczyslaw Gajos – Claudia's father and Stiles' maternal grandfather
