Stiles Stilinski and Jackson Whittemore are a relationship/rivalry featured in the MTV series Teen Wolf.
History[]
Initially no relationship between the two existed because Jackson was a popular kid and Stiles was considered a nerd However, it was mostly a rivalry due to Jackson dating Stiles' crush, Lydia Martin. However, they have been classmates for each other, ever since childhood. Despite thir ups and downs (Such as Stiles punching Jackson in the face and both boys insulting each other at every turn they had), both Jackson and Stiles helped Scott and Allison defeating the Alpha, Peter Hale.
After finally getting the bite from Derek Hale after he stole Peter's powers, Jackson, instead of becoming a true Werewolf as expected, he became a mutated reptilian shapeshifter known as the Kanima. Stiles was willing to kill him in order to protect his love ones; however, Scott was adamant against it. Even though a restraining order was filed against Scott and Stiles when they abducted Jackson (after figuring out he was the Kanima), the two continued antagonizing each other. However, Jackson was eventually saved when Peter and Derek killed him and turned him into a full-fledged werewolf at last.
Jackson left for England at the end of Season 2, and the two had no interactions until the series finale, The Wolves of War. In a new twist, Stiles was Lydia's boyfriend by the next time they saw each other when Stiles saw Lydia and Jackson hugged. However, Jackson revealed tat he was now in a relationship with Ethan Steiner. This shocked Stiles, who had no idea Jackson was gay.
