Steel (real name John Henry Irons) is a fictional superhero in the DC comics and universe and a major character in Superman.

With Superman's death, John Henry Irons attempted to fill the loss felt by Metropolis by taking on the Man of Steel persona with a high-tech suit of armor. When Superman returned alive, he became known as Steel.

Powers and Abilities

Dome Tech Transfusion: He is currently a nanomechanical entity who was given the ability to be a literal man of Steel.
