Star is an antagonist in the Nickelodeon television series Danny Phantom. She is a bully of Casper High School who is best friends with Paulina Sanchez and dating Kwan. She is called Paulina's satellite by Tucker because she is always revolving Paulina like one. Unlike Paulina, Kwan and Dash, Star remained friends and hung out with Valerie.

She is voiced by Tara Strong, who also voiced Tiffany Snow, Ember McLain and Penelope Spectra in the series and Timmy Turner from the Fairly OddParents franchise.
