Miles Gonzalo Morales is a major protagonist in the Ultimate Marvel comic books and The main protagonist of his own comic books Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man . He is a Black/Hispanic teenager who was bitten by another genetically-mutated spider, mutating his DNA and giving him spider-like superpowers. In his universe, he became Spider-Man shortly after his Peter Parker was killed in battle. He is the son of Rio Morales, a nurse, and police officer Jefferson Davis, the nephew of Aaron Davis/The Prowler, and the older brother of Billie Morales.
He has also been in romantic relationships with his version of Kate Bishop and Gwen Stacy from Earth 65. Miles has also been a member of several superhero teams, including the Young Avengers, Web Warriors, the Young Ultimates, and the Order of the Web.
Miles Morales also appears as the main protagonist of the Spider-Verse franchise and has made appearances in various video games and television series.
