Spider-Man (real name Peter Parker) is the main protagonist of the 2017 animated reboot series, Spider-Man (a replacement series for Ultimate Spider-Man). He was bitten by a radioactive spider during a class field trip.
Peter is the nephew of Ben and May Parker, the best friend of Harry Osborn and close friends with Miles Morales, Anya Corazon, and Gwen Stacy, the love interest of Mary Jane Watson, and the arch-enemy of Norman Osborn. He is also the leader of the Spider Team, an honorary member of the Avengers, a former student at Midtown High School (current student at Horizon High School) and an ally of the Guardians of the Galaxy
At the start of the series, Peter is only fifteen years old. His age sometimes baffles people, such as Tony Stark, who is taken aback that he is fighting a kid. According to his vitals taken by Iron Man, Peter is is 5'10," weighs at 97 pounds, and also has a tall and lean figure. He also has light brown hair, green eyes and fair skin. He used to wear glasses but after being bitten by a radioactive spider, Peter no longer wears them.
As Spider-Man, he wears a full body suit as well as a mask to conceal his identity. It is mostly red and blue with a domino mask with white covering to hide his eyes

Peter never has romantic feelings for Gwen Stacy; instead their relationship remains strictly platonic. However, since Gwen is more in line with her Earth 65 counterpart, Spider-Man and Spider Gwen resemble their comic character's brother and sister relationship.
