Skulktech 9.9 is antagonist in the Danny Phantom special The Ultimate Enemy. They are a combination of Skulker and Technus from the dark future. After Danny Phantom turned evil after merging with Vlad Masters' ghost half, Plasmius, he injured Skulker and Technus so gravely they had to rely on each other in a bigger suit. However, this dark future is erased and it is implied that Skuktech 9.9 disappears from existence.
