Skulker is an antagonist and Ghost supervillain in the Nickelodeon series Danny Phantom.He is mostly determined to capture Danny because of his nature of being a human/ghost hybrid, however, he mostly fails in capturing him or sometimes, Danny manages to escape and defeat him. His girlfriend is Ember McLain, who thinks that Skulker is an amateur.

• Also, despite his tough exterior, Skulker has at least some form of honor.
  • In Pandora's Box, Skulker thinks that the box ghost is unwise and foolish stealing from Pandora is taking it too far. he is seen frowning and speaking in a tone that sounds like disappointment and outrage. He may even have some respect for her.
    • After Danny saved him from killer unicorns, he helped him get to Pandora's Castle.
  • At first reluctant, Skulker eventually joins Danny in saving the earth from a Disasteroid by turning it intangible. if the Earth gets destroyed, then so will the Ghost Zone due to their fates being intertwined.
  • Even though he hunts Danny, Skulker thinks it's just hurtful that Danny's pointing out how shocking it is Skulker has a girlfriend.
• He and Danny hate each other, but do seem to respect each others' abilities to the extent of teaming up several times when a bigger threat comes around.
