Shiro (Voltron: Legendary Defender)

This article is about Shiro from Legendary Defender. For his original incarnation, see Sven Holgersson.

Takashi "Shiro" Shirogane is one of the main protagonists (alongisde Allura and Keith) of the Voltron: Legendary Defender series. He functions as a Paladin of Voltron, piloting the Black Lion.

He was voiced by Josh Keaton.

Weaknesses[]

  • Xenophobia: Shiro has a hatred of the Galran Empire and believed all Galrans were inherently evil. However, his encounters with the Blade of Marmora and his best friend, Keith being half-Galran made him realize that like humans, there are beneficial and malicious people no matter what.

  • In the original series, Shiro was not gay. He married Romelle and had a child with her.
