Shining Armor is the brother of Twilight Sparkle and a character in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic .
He is introduced in "A Canterlot Wedding," where it is revealed he is marrying Princess Cadance, who was Twilight's old foal sitter. However, "Princess Cadance" is actually Queen Chrysalis , the Queen of the Changelings, feeding off Shining Armor's love for his wife-to-be.
