Shin Hati is a major antagonist of the Disney+ series Ahsoka. She is the Dark Jedi Padawan of Baylan Skoll and owns an orange-bladed lightsaber. She proves to be an adversary and dark version of Sabine Wren, who she beat in combat. Now, Hati works with her master and reluctantly, Morgan Elsbeth in finding Grand Admiral Thrawn and rebuilding the Galactic Empire
However, she was not a Jedi herself but she did wear a Padawan braid for some reason.
Shin Hati was a Force-sensitive young woman from an unknown planet. Sometime after Order 66, Hati met Baylan Skoll, a Jedi survivor of the Order who had since become a mercenary disillusioned with the ideals of the order. Although, unlike Anakin Skywalker, who became the Sith Lord Darth Vader, Skoll's disillusionment did not reach the point where he fully embraced the dark side of the Force as a Sith. Instead, he became a Dark Jedi. Hati became Skoll's apprentice and under his tutelage, she began to learn the ways of the Force as a Dark Jedi apprentice, as well as a mercenary.

Shin's lightsaber is a red-orange, single-bladed weapon, with its power source being an orange-red kyber crystal. She forged it under the instruction of Baylan Skoll. Despite not being a Jedi, her lightsaber redeemed a Jedi saber and, according to Huyang was modeled after a mixture of a traditional hilts found on his memory banks of the Jedi archives. slimline hilt, with a handgrip wrapped in white leather, a circular disc-like handguard, and an emitter which ended in three sharp points.
The blade often fluctuated between red and orange much like he master's. She used the blade during the attack on the New Republic ship carrying Morgan Elsbeth and stabbed Sabine Wren with it at the Lothal tower so she could obtain the star map leading to Ezra Bridger and Thrawn. However Sabine survived.

Trivia[]
Though unconfirmed, much like how her master Baylan Skoll is speculated to have been inspired by the Star Wars Legends character Joruus C'baoth, it's possible that Shin Hati was partly inspired by Luuke Skywalker, a mad clone of Luke Skywalker who served as C'baoth's right-hand and apprentice during the events of Timothy Zahn's book The Thrawn Trilogy.
Both the surnames of her and her master are a reference to Skoll and Hati, a pair of wolves in Norse mythology. The two wolves are forever cursed to chase heavenly bodies, with Skoll pursuing the sun and Hati pursuing the moon. Eventually, the two wolves will finally catch their prey when Ragnarok begins.
In this case, Ezra and Thrawn are "The sun and the moon" Shin and Baylan trying to find and the "Ragnarok" would actually be the return of Thrawn and the Galactic Empire.
