Scott McCall and Kira Yukimura is one of the main relationships in the supernatural drama, Teen Wolf.
History[]
Scott and Kira first met in the year 2012 during their junior year of high school in history class.
At the time of their first meeting, both Scott and Kira immediately fell for each other. Unlike Allison, however, it took Scott longer to connect with Kira. In "More Bad Than Good," Kira nervously re-introduced herself to Scott before history class and informed him that she had done more research on Bardo for him, since her explanation the previous day was "all over the place," in her words. Scott, appreciative of the gesture, told her that she didn't need to go through the trouble, and when she searched her backpack for the research, she found that she had forgotten it. Just then, Mr. Yukimura came up behind her with the stack of printouts and loudly stated that she had "forgotten the research she did for that boy she likes," once again embarrassing her in front of Scott, though Scott simply blushed at the news that she liked him and smiled at her. The two connected more when Scott was invited in the Yukimura house by Ken because he saved Kira's life from the Werecoyote. In the following episode, Scott saved her after was captured by William Barrow and after she lost control over her foxfire at Eichen House. When Kira eventually learned that Scott was a werewolf and she was a kitsune when the Oni attacked the partygoers in Derek's loft, she was fascinated by his appearance. Since the start of his feelings for Kira, Scott was able to give his blessing to Allison and Isaac's romantic relationship.
Despite his feelings for Kira, Scott was devastated from losing Allison when an Oni killed her. Because of this Scott and Kira hesitated on their feelings for each other and were somewhat disturbed by people calling them "boyfriend and girlfriend." However, things grew more complicated when Scott gave Kira the first kiss they ever had and he realized what he had done when he got to class. The relationship between Scott and Kira started out as a friendship soon became romantic in Season Four's episode, "Muted." However, from then on, Scott and Kira remained in a solid relationship for the duration of Season 4 and Season 5, with Scott first admitting that he loved Kira in Condition Terminal. During their first date, Scott and Kira were kidnapped by Kate Argent and her berserkers and taken to Mexico. However, the day was saved when Liam was able to turn Scott from a Berserker and back into a werewolf and the hunters dealt with Peter Hale and Kate Argent.
In between Season Four and Five, Kira later gave him "I love you" after Scott rescued her and Noshiko from the Skinwalkers in Shiprock. Kira later helped her boyfriend save their friend Lydia from Eichen House and defeat Theo Raeken finally. The relationship ended abruptly when Kira made the difficult decision to return to Shiprock and train with the shapeshifters. Before departing, Kira and Scott gave each other one last goodbye kiss.
