Michiru Kaiou is a 16 (later 17) year old girl with long later medium length teal hair, deep blue eyes and fair skin. She wears a dark red long-sleeve sailor uniform with shades of green ribbon and the Mugen Academy emblem at the center of her uniform. She also wears a green and black checkered skirt, black shoes, and white short socks.
Her Sailor outfit consists of a teal choker, white gloves with green linings, a white shirt, a teal skirt and front and back dark blue bow. She has teal cross-lined heels, a gold tiara with a teal tiara gem, and a dark blue back bow.
