Makoto Kino (木野まこと, Makoto Kino) is one of the main protagonists of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. She is the present-day incarceration of Sailor Jupiter, the Guardian of Thunder and Courage and the daughter of two unnamed late parents.

Makoto is a 14-year-old girl and is the tallest out of all the Senshi. She is tough and tomboyish, as she enjoys sports and athletics. Despite this, she is very protective of her friends. She is also a little bit boy crazy.

- Summoning: By uttering "Jupiter Power, Make Up" she has the ability to transform into her Sailor Mercury form.
