Victor Creed, better known as Sabretooth, is the main antagonist of the Wolverine comics and various adaptations in the secondary antagonist of the X-Men franchise. He is one of the enemies of Wolverine, The Hulk and the X-Men. He is a mutant assassin who possesses bestial superhuman physical abilities, rapid healing factor, razor-sharp fangs and claws, and superhuman senses Sabretooth, a frequent ally to former X-Men Rogues Mystique and Mister Sinister.

The adversary and arch-enemy Wolverine villain, Sabretooth first appeared in the franchise in Iron Fist #14 - Snowfire. He was created by Chris Claremont and John Byrne in August 1977.
