Ruvé Adams , also known as Ruvé Darhk , is the secondary antagonist of the fourth season of the CW series Arrow . She was the wife of Damien Darhk, the mother of Nora Palmer (née Darhk), and the mother-in-law of Ray Palmer
History [ ] Personality [ ] She did anything to exploit those she deemed lesser than her, as she did so with laurel's demise by discrediting the Black Canary vigilante. This forced Oliver to reveal to everyone that Laurel was secretly the vigilante in his eulogy for her so Ruvé wouldn't exploit her anymore. Despite her ruthlessness, Ruvé is supportive of her husband and cares greatly four her daughter Nora. Despite being killed, Ruvé asked Oliver to save her daughter, showing she put her child before anything else.
