Rowena MacLeod is the main antagonist of Season 10, a major antagonist in Season 11 and a major character in subsequent seasons of the CW horror action television series Supernatural. She is the mother of Crowley and an extremely powerful witch. Throughout the series, she changes between being either an ally to the Winchesters or a dangerous enemy. She becames very close with Sam, despite him being the one who will be her one true killer.
She ultimately gives her life for them, and for the greater good of the universe. After this, her soul, to no one's surprise, ended up in Hell, where she now rules as Queen.
She was portrayed by Ruth Connell.

Personality[]
You've was a neglectful mother to her son Crowley long before her transformation. She laments her true hatred for her son; he is a reminder of the Bellevue woman she once was. Despite her status as a Winchester enemy, Rowena eventually became their ally, especially growing a close friendship with the Winchester brothers especially Sam despite his fate to one day be her true killer. She also realized how much of a terrible mother she was to Crowley and showed true remorse for that she did to him during her mental breakdown.
After ascending as the Queen of Hell, Rowena turned the realm into better conditions. She also notices the rivalry between Sam and Dean spearheaded itself, leading the woman to chastise the brothers and make amends with each other.
