Rosa Vasquez is a supporting character in the 2019 film, Shazam and the 2023 sequel. She is Billy's foster mother and Victor's wife.
The original character was created by Geoff Johns and Gary Frank and first appeared in Justice League (Volume 2) #7.
Rosa Vasquez was portrayed by Marta Milans.
