Ricardo Diaz is the main antagonist of the sixth season of the CW's television series Arrow. He is one of the most dangerous adversaries of Oliver Queen and Team Arrow. Diaz is terribly intimidating and scary enough for Laurel Lance of Earth-2 to eventually change her ways.

He is considered one of the few antagonists to be truly Pure Evil.
