Francisco Ramon (died February 9, 2016), known as Reverb is a major antagonist in the second season of the CW series The Flash.
He was a meta-human criminal from Earth-2 who gained powers in understanding and manipulating vibrations of reality after the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator explosion. He was the right-hand man of Zoom and lieutenant of the speedster's army until the former killed him for his attempted coup and harming the Flash.
Cisco was also the brother of the late Dante Ramon/Rupture.
