The resistance is a rebellion in Ninjago: Matters of Spinjitzu as well as the first incarnation of the resistance. It was a group formed by Lloyd Garmadon, Nya and P.I.X.A.L. to rebel against Lloyd's newly resurrected father, Lord Garmadon, Harumi and The Sons of Garmadon.

A second resistance was formed in the wake of the Overlord's return.

History

The group was formed by Lord Garmadon's son Lloyd and Nya, Master of Water, after the assumed deaths of their friends, the rest of the original ninja (Kai, Jay, Cole, and Zane) and their mentor, Wu.
