Rebel Pilots are a group of pilots who worked for the Alliance to Restore the Republic in the original trilogy and the Resistance in the sequel trilogy. Fighting for the Rebel Alliance, these pilots flew X-Wing, Y-Wing, A-Wing, and B-Wing starfighters during the Galactic Civil War against the Galactic Empire. Unlike the Empire who use only human pilots, the Rebel pilots come from a wide variety of species, planets, and backgrounds.
