Refaela Moreno is a major antagonist of the Netflix series Fast & Furious Spy Racers, serving as the main antagonist of Season 2, the secondary antagonist of Season 3 and a supporting antagonist in Seasons 4 and 6.
She is voiced by Avrielle Corti.

Rafaela has long wavy blonde hair with pink highlights, blue eyes. Her fingernails are slightly long and purple colored. She is a tall, woman with a muscular stature, around her early 20s. She wears a shiny necklace with a word known as saint. She wears a thick black belt, a silver necklace that says "Saint" and pink tank.

Rafaela is said to be saint for being kind to the widows and orphans. She is playful and wanting Ms. Nowhere to be her best friend. However, she is truly immoral, sociopathic and cruel, being willing to enslave people regardless of their age or gender.
