Chen Lu , also known as Radioactive Man , was a nuclear physicist in Chinese service and a supervillain in Marvel Comics . He has the ability to create radiation and has fought both the Hulk and Thor Odinson . Additionally, Radioactive Man has also been an enemy of The Avengers, Ant-Man and the Wasp, and the Thunderbolts. He is currently a member of the People's Defense Force, charged with protecting his homeland and a former member of the Masters of Evil and the Thunderbolts.
